Dusty Dirty provides cleaning services and related digital services via the app and website.
A booking becomes binding when confirmed in the app/website or in writing. We reserve the right to decline bookings if capacity or circumstances require it.
The scope follows the selected service, agreed time, and any add-ons. Any changes must be agreed separately.
Prices shown in the app/website are estimates. Final price is calculated based on actual time spent, scope of work, and any add-ons.
If conditions affect time/scope (e.g., heavy soiling, inaccessible areas, or need for extra equipment), the price may differ from the estimate.
Payment is made through available payment methods. Late payments may incur reminder fees, interest, and collection costs in accordance with applicable rules.
Cancellations or changes must be made within a reasonable time before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover scheduled time and costs.
Any damages, defects, or deviations must be reported in writing without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after the service.
We are not liable for indirect losses unless otherwise required by mandatory law. Where liable, this is typically limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Consumers may have a right of withdrawal for distance sales in accordance with applicable consumer law, including statutory exceptions (e.g., services performed after explicit consent).
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably. If not resolved, disputes may be brought before ordinary courts with venue as provided by applicable rules.
