Data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and/or personal data from Dusty Dirty.

In short: You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing
support@dustydirty.no.
1. What can be deleted?
- Your user account (if you created an account).
- Profile and contact details (name, email, phone).
- Booking and history data associated with the account, where retention is not required by law.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to:
support@dustydirty.no
Include the following:
- Subject:
Account/data deletion request
- Email/phone number associated with the account.
- What you want deleted: account, personal data, or both.
- Optional: booking ID or date of last service (if relevant).
3. Processing time
We process requests as quickly as possible, typically within 30 days. If needed, we may request additional information to verify your identity.
4. What cannot be deleted?
Some information may need to be retained for a period due to legal obligations (e.g., accounting/documentation). If so, such data will be restricted, secured, and not used for other purposes.
